There is a processing time of about two business days for your order, however most orders are sent out within one business day.

If there are any changes that need to be done to your order, please e-mail us as soon as possible so that we may be able to accomodate you in any way possible. Please e-mail us your order number and the changes that you wish to make. Be aware that changes to the order may postpone processing times, and unfortunately, changes cannot always be made.

If your package has not yet arrived in the expected time frame, reach out to the United States Postal Service for more information and file a claim. Please e-mail us your order number, along with the USPS claim number, and we will assist you in anyway possible.
